For over 20 years I’ve managed the entire postproduction process across a vast range of projects—from boutique-style jobs and passion projects, all the way up to global high-end commercials and feature films. 

I’ve successfully set up departments and led multiple teams to deliver live-action visual effects, photorealistic CG, and stylized animation—overseeing the visual, creative, and technical aspects, as well as the overall production management. 

My career began in 1998 with my own one-man CG animation company, where I was responsible for the entire process—as a VFX artist, supervisor, and on-set supervisor. In 2004, I joined The Panics (PostPanic), where I established the postproduction department and ran it for twenty years as Head of Postproduction and Visual Effects. Over the years, The Panics became a world-renowned creative production and VFX powerhouse.

This hands-on experience has given me unique practical insight, providing an invaluable foundation for leading teams across all levels, whether they are artists, supervisors, post-producers, or directors.

Along the way, I’ve worked with every major postproduction tool and integrated AI solutions to streamline workflows, keeping teams focused on what matters most—the good stuff.
