For over 20 years, I have managed the entire postproduction process across a vast range of international projects, successfully setting up and leading multiple teams to deliver live-action visual effects, photorealistic CG content, and stylized animation.

I am ultimately responsible for the department, the teams, and the projects themselves—ensuring excellence across the visual, creative, and technical execution, as well as the overall production management. I oversee supervisors, artists, post producers, and directors, providing leadership and guidance.

With hands-on experience in every discipline of the postproduction process since 1998—as an artist, VFX supervisor, and on-set supervisor—I bring unique, practical insight.

I am involved from the beginning of preproduction, defining workflows, assembling teams, determining scale, and establishing the most effective approach, within the available time and budget constraints. Once a project is greenlit, I oversee the execution, including plans for the post producers and supervisors, as well as maintaining the visual and creative standard.

I began in 1998 with my own one-man CG animation company, where I was responsible for the entire process, including animation, lighting, shading, digital matte painting, simulations, compositing, and CG/VFX supervision.

In 2004, I joined The Panics/Post Panic, a world-renowned creative production and VFX powerhouse, where I established the VFX department and continued working across these disciplines, including shaping the final look at the end of the pipeline, eventually becoming Head of Postproduction.

My career has taken me on a long, fulfilling and happy journey across projects of all sizes—from boutique-style jobs and passion projects to international commercials and feature films. Along the way, I have worked with virtually every major postproduction tool, including ShotGrid (Flow), Nuke, Houdini, 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, the Adobe suite, and Unreal, while integrating AI solutions to streamline workflows and keep artists focused on what matters most—the good stuff.
