Consulting services and active management for the entire PostProduction process and department. Responsibilities include setting up of projects, teams, workflows and pipelines and their general running from visual, creative, technical and production perspectives.

These include:

-Establishing projects, departments and general or specific CG/VFX workflows, including live action, full CG animation and AI supported methodologies

-Creating VFX breakdown documents with detailed estimates and assumptions

-Creative problem solving across multiple projects and teams

-Overseeing visual, creative and technical aspects of shots and assets

-Providing the missing link between Production and Post Production departments in communication and understanding

-Access to a network of trusted artists, leads, supervisors, producers and directors
